so i’m feeling very thankful right now. for so much in my life. family, friends, health and enjoying seeing plans unfold. since moving to st louis just over 2 years ago, I feel like our family is finally feeling settled in. like.we.fit. { we love it here } we love the city and we love our “little” community here in kirkwood.
zael has developed some great friendships with her girls at school. and most days our home is full of giggles and usually something getting broken. but I remind myself that those are the sounds of “life”. melisa continues to chip away at her nursing degree and is getting A’s and B’s. all while holding down the responsibilities of wife and mother. I’m so proud of her and am just amazed at her ability to conquer goals in life. even with the naysayers telling her she can’t. she pushes on. i love that woman. she.inspires.me. OH and did I mention that she also helps me with ys too! unreal.
she’s been such a motivator. i’m reminded almost daily, how lucky I am. alot of men who want to pursue their dreams don’t have wives who are supportive or who may be too afraid to let their hubbies take a risk and live their dreams. fortunately I’m not one of those men. and for that i’m incredibly thankful.
