getting what you pay for

This was a post I found from another photographer who makes a very valid point. I feel like any good professional, part of my job to to inform my clients. And this is one of the areas of our industry where quality is compromised time and again. So the next time you invest in great photography, don’t waste that investment on a lab that doesn’t care what your prints look like. The lab we use locally is Diversified Labs: www.divlabs.com. This is why you don’t print at walmart.

If you are a consumer, and you purchased/received digital files from your photographer.

By the way-as a store, I love Walmart. I live and breathe that dang store. Just don’t print your professionally edited images there:)

(sorry for the super sloppy comparison. They weren’t the same size since one was the original image and the other was a print that had been cropped)
